ADMISSION

A. Admission shall be made for all classes starting from LKG onward

Subject to the availability of seats without any discrimination regarding religion, race , caste, place of birth or any other consideration which may amount to prejudice or bias. Children in the age of 3 to 5 years shall be admitted in pre-primary / nursery classes. The minimum age for admission in class 1 is 5 years. The admission of a child of the specified age group shall be made effective with effect from the first day of the academic year. No student shall be admitted unless an application is signed by his parent or guardian. The reporting of date of birth of the pupil must be supported by some appropriate certificate.

B. At the time of admission, the following documents are required:

1. The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the head of the institution last attended and countersigned by the competent authority.
2. Documents in support of his/her having passed the qualifying examination.
3. Date of Birth certificate issued by the competent authority where the admission has been allowed without SLC.

C. To maintain quality culture for sudies, admission to all classes ( Except LKG) shall be allowed on the basis of performance in entrance test.

1. Admission to LKG:

   Registration form can be submitted upto 17th February, 2011. The pupil must attain the age of 3+ as on 1.04.2011 to be ligible for registration.Photo copy of the Ration Card or Electricity Bill(as proof of residence)& photo copy of birth certificate (as proof of age) must be encloased withe registration form. Affidavit as proof of age shall not accepted.Parents are requested to read the registration from carefully and furnish all the information correctly asked therein.Preference for Admission shall be given to the age of pupil, nearness to the shcool etc. The List of the candidates who are allowed admission shall be displayed on the notice board on 24.02.2011 at 10.00 AM. The admission must be made by 07.03.2011.Otherwise ,the claim for admission shall stand forfeited.

2. Admission to Classes UKG to IX:

   No Seat ( However, the interested parents can submit prescribed application avaliable from the office to avail the opportunity in case any vacancy arises )

3. Admission to Class XI (Science: Medical & Non-Medical and Commerce Streams):

   The registration form can be submitted upto 11-04-2011 . The written test for admission shall be conducted on 12-04-2011 at 10.00 A.M. in the school premises. The students who want to take Commerce stream in Class X1 shall take the tests of Eng., Maths. & Eco. portion of S.S. of SA2 of Class X irrespective whether the students want to take mathematics or not. Those who want to take science stream shall appear for the tests of Eng., Maths. & Science (Biology portion only for students who opt medical) of SA2 of class X examination. Questions may be in the form of MCQ, filling in the blanks, having short answers or long answer etc. The result shall be displayed on the notice -board on 14-04-2011 at 10.00 A.M. Subject to the i availability of seats, a student must secure at least 70% in each subject to be considered for admission. The candidates who qualify the entrance test can attend the Class XI to be commenced w.e.f. 16-04-2011 after depositing Rs. 3000/- (Non-Refundable) but regular admission shall be allowed only after the declaration of result of Secondary Examination 2011. The amount of Rs. 3000/- deposited is adjustable at the time of regular admission.

4. Admission to Class X & XII:

   Direct admission to Class X & XII is not allowed.The Manager of the school be contacted for any query.
