1. Admission shall be
made for all classes starting
from LKG onward subject
to the availability of seats
without any discrimination
regarding religion, race ,
caste, place of birth or any
other consideration which
may amount to prejudice or
bias. Children in the
age of 3 to 5 years shall
be admitted in pre-primary
/ nursery classes. The minimum
age for admission in class
1 is 5 years. The admission
of a child of the specified
age group shall be made effective
with effect from the first
day of the academic year.
No student shall be admitted
unless an application is signed
by his parent or guardian.
The reporting of date of birth
of the pupil must be supported
by some appropriate certificate.
2. At the time of admission,
the following documents are
required:-
- The
School Leaving Certificate/Transfer
Certificate signed by the
head of the institution last
attended and countersigned
by the competent authority
where the school which has issued the
SLC is affiliated to the Board
other than CBSE.
- Documents in support of
his having passed the qualifying
examination.
- Date of Birth certificate
issued by the competent authority
where the admission
has been allowed without SL
3. To maintain quality culture for sudies, admission to all
classes ( Except LKG) shall be allowed on the
basis of performance in entrance test.
3.1 Admission to LKG:
Registration
form can be submitted upto
31st Junuary, 2009. On the
receipt of registration form,
the date & time of the meeting of
the Parents alongwith
their ward with the Principal
shall be conveyed. The list of the candidates
who are allowed admission
shall be displayed on the notice
board on the next day in the morning at 10.00 A.M. The admission must be made within a week from the display of the list, otherwise, their claim for admission shall be forfeited.
3.2
Admission to Classes UKGI to
IX:
The registration
form can be submitted upto
25.03.2009 and entrance test
for admission shall be conducted
on 27.03.2009 at 10.00AM.
in the school premises. The
syllabi for the entrance
test can be obtained separately while getting the prospectus. The
result of the entrance test
shall be displayed on 30.03.2009
at 1.00 PM. The candidates who qualify the entrance test are required to
fill up the admission form
and deposit the fee upto 04.04.2009,
otherwise, their claim for
admission shall be forfeited.

A student who qualifies the entrance test is allowed to join the class only in prescribed uniform and after completing all the formalities for admission in time. |
3.3
Admission to Class XI (Science:
Medical & Non-Medical
and Commerce Streams)
The registration form can
be submitted upto 08.04.2009.
The written test for admission
shall be conducted on 10.04.2009
at 10.00 A.M. in the school
premises. The syllabi for
the entrance test can be
obtained separately while getting the prospectus. The result shall
be displayed on the notice
board on 13.04.2009 at 10.00 A.M. The candidates
who qualify the written test
can attend the classes but
regular admission shall be
allowed only after the declaration
of Secondary Examination -
2009.
3.4 Admission to Class X & XII
Direct admission to Class X & XII is not allowed.The Manager of the school be contacted for any querry.
